ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The Organizational Development (OD) Section is the result of merging of Conflict Resolution, Organization Performance Management, Workforce Planning, and Continuous Quality Improvement tools and techniques. Merging together these programs will enable us to provide you with an enhanced ability to cope with organizational issues of all kinds.
Our staff works with you and your leadership team to increase your organization's effectiveness and health to improve your organization's capacity to serve its customers. Our approach is customer-focused, issue/problem centered, and action oriented. We work closely with Statewide Training and Development, Employee Relations, and other HR functions with a focus on improving your organization's performance and capacity and providing you and your leadership team with the tools and techniques to ultimately resolve future problems/issues.

Conflict Resolution - Informal, but structured, facilitation services and training to assist individual participants in working through and resolving their problems.
Continuous Quality Improvement - Specialized resources, training courses, seminars, conferences, and networking opportunities are available to improve quality in state government. |

| Organization Performance Management - Customized facilitation and training services that focus on organizational performance improvement. Using planned interventions in the organization's work processes, the facilitator works with the line management to undertake organizational change involving planning, self-assessment, organization diagnosis, feedback processes, data gathering and measurement, and action planning with the objective to improve the organization's capacity. |
