Action Required

New employees hired with the Office of Management and Budget will receive a hire letter and New Employee Checklist via e-mail. The checklist includes the following items and target completion dates: (New employees are required to review and complete)

  • Completion of the on-line New Employee Orientation
  • Submission of documents to their benefit representative
  • Review of the Employee Self-Service Website
  • Completion of Cybersecurity Awareness training
  • Completion of Sexual Harassment training

New employees are required to review full length policies that are summarized in the Policies and Procedures Summary Sheet. Using this document, employees are required to access each policy and procedure, in their entirety, using the links provided. Once completed, sign and return the Policies and Procedures Summary Sheet with the remainder of your new hire paperwork to your benefit representative.
