DELAWARE QUALITY AWARD

The Delaware Quality Award is designed to support the development and achievement of organizational excellence in Delaware. Based on the Malcolm Baldrige Award critiera, the Delaware Quality Award recognizes organizations that have implemented quality standards resulting in improved customer service. The Award also serves to provide Delaware organizations, both private and public, with a method of evaluation to continuously improve their operations. Governor Minner strongly encourages state agencies to apply. The Principles of Quality course, First State Quality Improvement Fund, and Delaware Quality Partnership all provide resources to assist agencies applying for this Award. This program is administered by the University of Delaware’s Division of Professional and Continuing Studies is honored to partner with the Delaware Alliance for Excellence to administer an award that bears the name of Bill Gore.
